    Elliptical Elliptical I also agree on using the Elliptical trainer, no shock cardio. One thing to remember about your knees....if it's hurting while your training don't do the exercise. A torn miniscus is not going to heal on it's own. If you feel pain it can make it worse! Use caution...

    Training log in Word format (download)

    I made up a training log in MS Word last year. I have changed it over and over again for different people to use. You should be able to open it up in Word and change it any way you like, save and print them out. Thought someone may get some use out of it. ;) Don't worry it's virus free...
