
a little about myself:
I'm 21, 165, and about 5% bf. I have been working out for a strong 3 years and have a heck of a time putting on weight as you can tell. I take in about 155-160gs on protien a day and six meals. Over the years I have tried various supplements : creatine, glutamean, and of course tons of protien. But I still have tons of trouble putting on weight.
I have also looked at the 1-test 4-ad transdermal. Put I think I am going to start with the 1-ad.
