So I was thinking I would do a 6 week 1-AD cycle and a 4 week M1T cycle. I would start of with the 1-AD for two weeks, then bring in the M1T. My friend has tried it and said he got amazing gains from it. I have done 1-AD alone, and it was quite amazing. Went from 210 too 230. Slimmed down to 225 and didnt lose any of my gains. I know 1-AD builds a more lasting mass and strength, but M1T gives even better gains. So I wondering about the merits of this stack. Of course I'll have my nolva on the side. Thanx for the feed back.
