It is heavy on the stims, light on the effective ingredients. I suggest you look at any of the following, all are better and I have tried each as well. Mesomorph by APS (excellent, taste sucks though), Maximize V2 (Potent and great pumps), USPLabs Jack3d (it is the original and works, nuff said) and NTBM NTKTS (scoop for scoop, better than Jack3d).

i got this and jack3d but I wont use it until my jack3d is all gone, please dont ask i am just weird wen it comes to stuff like this. wont use it until i am all out of jack3d.

It is by Need to build muscle, honestly, Meso and Maximize V2 are better formulas. Look at those first and both are cheaper as well.
