My diet is like 1700 cals 60g carb a day and on my refeed last week i ate like 350 g carbs protien at 1g/lb and min fat. By late tuesday night i was craving carbs and my energy was low does this mean that i need another refeed or maybe a carb up? Im in the gym every day and i am an elevator mechanic so would it be possible to depleate that fast? or do i just need to eat more carbs on my refeed? I dont know im pretty confused at this point
