Strongly disagree with white bread and apple juice. The post-workout insulin spike is useful, but generally overblown by most internet articles. Just about any sugar will have the same effect. Hell, I use oats, which aren't even simple sugars, and my post-workout meal does the trick.

I would never touch white bread because I'm not a 4-year-old homeless redneck.

Yogurt and garlic are good, but should not make a top 10.

Where's chicken? Tuna? Whole wheat bread/bagels? Potatoes? Whey? Natural peanut butter? Seeds and nuts? Cottage cheese? Cheese in general? Oats? Avocado? Turkey? Mayo? etc...

Eggs should be number one.

Eggs, milk, and cottage cheese are my favorites.

Nice choices. I've been thinking about increasing my egg intake from 4 whole to 6 daily (large eggs), and then just decreasing another protein source by 12g. Eggs are dirt cheap, high in poly/mono fat, the highest bioavailability (of natural food, that is), and a deliciously awesome way to start my day -- with a whole wheat bagel, natural peanut butter, milk, and olive oil.

Now THAT'S a fucking mass building meal.
