Anyone have any input on the clen? I was also thinking of picking up either winny or dbol tabs OR another 10ml of test E to run at a higher dosage. ANYONE?

Thoughts:
Libido is still meh. Wondering if I should up/lower AI to combat this? All other cycles have noted individuals feeling way hornier.

Also, don't really feel any different or Alpha- With the occasional getting upset over stupid shit.

But I do know the 4/5 week point is coming up.

PRETTY UPSET.
My second to last inject was at 3.5 weeks in to my cycle and that was the end of vial. WTF. I'm not trying to talk smack but kinda upset. I'm careful not to lose any when switching needles. Also on a inject schedule so it's not like I added a couple extra in there.

Legs today..stay tuned for an update ( because I know almost nobody is reading this :roflmao:)

My last left glute injection was 10/26 (16 days ago). Anyway, yesterday I noticed what I thought was the start of a pimple in that same area (not sure). I woke up this morning and it was a little more apparent..smaller than a dime/penny..kinda red, tender and swollen. Not sure what to think cause inject was so long ago..but doesn't look like a traditional pimple. I guess I will keep an eye out. Hopefully it's just one of those deep pimples...?

Any input?


Normally an off day but want to go in anyway- Chest day later.
 
I would not worry it is I am sure a pimple, ingrown hair possible as well!

Haven't taken my AI in about 3 days, want to see how that goes.

I'm reading that low E levels can reduce your sex drive and gains. I might try 5mg EOD and see how it goes. I didn't have an AI first time around (T@500/wk), and it was all good, until week 8-10 when I looked a bit watery.

How regular have your jabs been? Are you hitting 500+ mg/week so far?

I hope the 5 week magic kicks in soon for ya! :-)
 
Got a lump in my glute before from not pushing the pin in far enough, or in the right spot, one of the two. Anyhow, I got a red lump just like you from the trapped oil. I used a heating pad on it and also took a hot shower and massaged the area and it went away.

Try that, I bet it works.

I hope you meant .5mg eod. And yes, dropping estrogen levels too low will reduce potential gains. You still need a healthy amount of estro to gain muscle, as odd as that sounds lol

Me too and thanks. Injections have been Sunday & Wednesday morning OR Tues and Sat nights @ 1cc. I do have another 10ml on the way though, so I may be upping it to 1.5cc or so. Gonna give the no ai thing a try for a week and see how that goes then adjust accordingly.

I thought I might of had a sterile abscess, so I was trippin out about it too. Once I did what I said, the oil dissipated and it was gone. Definitely stick to 1.5 in the glute as to ensure you're deep in the muscle.

Off day mentally like Ben said. Sounds like you just need to get in and get out on days like that(though do not let it happen often). Something you might want to try is moving your weights and reps around. I started off with a push/pull workout by built and did a lot of 5x5 for my big power movements and 3x8 for the accessory. Now most of my power is in the 5x8 range.

Screw what Ben said about the rack pulls. He has little girl hands. Ditch the straps for all but the heavy heavy sets. Grow a few callouses, use some chalk, and you will get free forearm workouts with just about every pull. It will help increase your dead.

Yea bro, was thinkin of changing up my routine. And I don't usually use straps on every set..I just think it's important to note I do on some..But yea I love chalk :D ..and I've got more calluses than I can count

Ill chime in after today. I have been noticing crazy pumps. Don't know if its me pushing myself harder at the gym, but I have been upping sets and reps(away from 5x5, 3x8 to 5x8, 4x8-10) Biceps and back most specifically. Give it time to grow. Took close to 8 weeks for any "feeling" but strength like I noted has been up.

Thoughts: Definitely felt a little stronger/ more endurance..not sure if this is due to the dbol/test/ consistent diet and lifting.

Arms measured in at 17" last week..think they may be bigger now but I don't want them to grow too much just yet or they will not be proportional...afraid of the infamous fatceps too..

Going to the Doc tomorrow to get my rat's (almost disappeared) abscess/bump looked at..definitely not a pimple or bug bite
