10wk Test Log

I appreciate the input bro. Was doing the extra sets/reps cause I didn't feel like I killed the muscle. Will implement changes moving forward.

Nothing wrong at all with the extra sets. I just added a few extra sets and push myself like hell to finish them. Im pumped by the third or fourth set of just about every workout and usually put in 4-5 sets. Lift heavier(not one rep stuff, just heavier) and you will come back talking about how pumped you always feel. I think im about two weeks further in the cycle then you and I can tell you I have recent had 2-3 workouts where I felt like my muscles were HUGE. I get that douchy feeling to stand and look at myself in the mirror.
 
didn't get a chance to read the whole thread but what's wrong? You're not getting the results you wanted? I just used the Z dom EP line gear with test/dbol and it was very nice. I agree with you on having VERY minimum sides. I did not get any acne, bloat, high bp, or anything else. But I can assure you the gear is legit. I was working a part time job, going to school full time, and studying a couple hours every night. Meaning, I was exhausted by the time I got to the gym late at night. However, my workouts were insane. The Z gear definitely helped put on some nice LBM and I notice a HUGE difference in being off gear.

If you're wanting to help gain weight I would definitely start pounding the food. I have a hard time gaining so I know what it takes to put on those lbs. Eat, eat, and eat some more. If you're full throw in a shake or two and then eat again lol. I usually try to have a clean diet mon-fri, then I choose my carbs wisely on the weekends.

Thanks man. I'd say no- maybe I should have tempered my expectations..but I've had better results off PH's before..also ran a dbol only cycle where I gained a ton of weight and strength. However I know this is more a long term-orientated cycle. Maybe it's something I'll notice when it's not there..the mental aspect/libido isn't present as either. Not bashing, just saying how I've felt so far..I'll be taking pics soon to compare, because the scale can be deceiving


Definitely appreciate the input guys! I'm trying to make the most of my cycle.

don't figure many are following but...Was running aromasin 12.5 eod, should have upped it. I had small pre-existing gyno in my left side, just checked and it's definitely bigger..my fault for not checking often.

thinking I'll do 25mg ed or maybe torem as well? not sure. Gonna fit a shoulder/trap workout in tomorrow before I head home for ~3 days of rest

Bump up the aromasin. If you can, grab some letro to try and minimize the lump.
 
Looks like you have the same issues on BB bench that I do. I started going a lot lighter on the BB but kill it on DB. Looking good man, glad to see the weights coming up. If its too easy to finish, then its probably TOO EASY(stating the obvious)

Weight not much, but I'm at 25mg of aromasin a day. Still figured I would have built some muscle though, maybe losing bf? I do think I'm a LITTLE more filled out.

Seems 500mg a week was too low and I started upping it 1-2 weeks ago, we shall see how that goes.

I noticed a better pump since starting dbol, however way less weight gain this time around (gained ~15lbs on a dbol cycle) probably do to the aromasin again.

Yea I know, it's a tricky situation for me. I usually have semi-puffy nips so when they get even more puffy it's infuriating. I ran an epi cycle before and during that had zero puff (lol:roflmao:). With this I am torn..but then again the aromasin hasn't helped a ton with puffyness

Drop aromasin and keep nolva on hand just in case?

The thing that I am mystified about is I've had the same lifting partner for the past 3 years (my roommate). We lift together 99/100 times. Our strength is/has been even on about everything. With that being said, since starting my cycle, he has been able to keep up/do the same weights/reps/intensity as myself and is on no supplemetns or AAS. So WTF
 
yeah it's been 7 weeks right? i would have put on weight and strength by now. and at 500mg a week, i would notice some acne as well. that's just me though. on a cycle like this i'd start seeing easily noticeable gains every week at about week 6 up until a month after i stopped pinning. again, that's just me.

Been 58 days or 8.2 weeks. I upped it to 750 two weeks ago and 1g this past week.
