I appreciate the input bro. Was doing the extra sets/reps cause I didn't feel like I killed the muscle. Will implement changes moving forward.
Nothing wrong at all with the extra sets. I just added a few extra sets and push myself like hell to finish them. Im pumped by the third or fourth set of just about every workout and usually put in 4-5 sets. Lift heavier(not one rep stuff, just heavier) and you will come back talking about how pumped you always feel. I think im about two weeks further in the cycle then you and I can tell you I have recent had 2-3 workouts where I felt like my muscles were HUGE. I get that douchy feeling to stand and look at myself in the mirror.
