Not really happy @ this time. Sept 3rd ticket unanswered, Sept 5th update
unanswered, Sept 10th ticket unanswered. ONLINE help unwilling to open
chat? Rep contacted, no response?

What does that say about customer service? I wonder how long this thread
will last?

I guess I'm SOL?
 
Been on strength boards for 15 plus years. This just doesn't make sense?
Not asking for anything more than fair. I've been told that there is a new
UGL trying to go after this lab's customers? I would think that if you wanted
to maintain your percentage of customers, you would not let this happen?

I'm shocked and if this doesn't get addressed, I will spend some time informing
others. Maybe they don't care if they loose a few sales? I'm not on all the boards,
but I'm on quite a few.

I don't live on the forums and see you did om me. I will get to it but watch your threats, to many and I will be slow to help.

I'm not blaming you for the tickets going unanswered. I'm glad that
someone from another board led me to this board for help. I've
never had this problem from them before. An answer, be it negative
or positive is better than no answer at all.

Looks like I'm SOL. I attempted to get this resolved. I only
hope that this was an isolated problem with quality and not
something that will become common place.

Your ticket has been escalated to the highest person possible. THey are very busy and will get to it. this is not walmart its steroids.

UPDATE... Naps big dog says "He doesn't stand behind Accordo RX gear, he just resells it"
He suggested I contact Accordo. Accordo could give a rats ass. I know it's not Walmart,
just thought someone would want a positive response posted about this ordeal. I can
say one thing for sure, I will never tell another soul about the website. I know of 5 others
who have had similar reactions to the same gear.
