sup everyone, my story is i started 2 years ago weighing 135, now I'm over 200lbs. just did back today, got 545 deadlift today. form wasn't the best but its been improving compared to my 525 max out. heres my back workout with my daedlift PR of 545lbs, no straps either or belt, just chalk.
