Yesterday I split my workout into morning and late afternoon. In the morning I hit my biceps for about 45 mins with generous rest periods. In the late afternoon I hit my back with a similar workout structure.
I got to tell you, I am wicked sore today!! That a good thing
right? I noticed better concentration/intensity levels with this routine.
Is there any problems I will encounter with this? Burnout?
