I read in a magazine about a 2 a day work out/ same body part that will shock the body into growing....... Will this work???????? lets say to do bi's twice in a day!

I wouldn't do it....seems like over kill to me, even if volume and intensity are taken into consideration and adjusted accordigly. All that work in one day seems to be a bit much. I try not to read about workouts in magazines because they usually have silly things like this.

actually at the highscool
in athletics
last year they had guys doing this for months

and it seemed to work despite
what i had to say about it :\

I don't see the point. I might do one muscle early and one muscle later. I think that would be a more effective way of splitting your training into two parts during the day. You should be able to get an effective workout for one muscle in one fell swoop.

I have been trying this for the last two weeks to see how it works with me. I???m also on a cycle of M1T so my recovery rate is better than it normally is. I have a morning and afternoon session and I have noticed that I can use more weight in the afternoon on the same routine than I did in the morning. Don???t know, it may have to be with that I???m not really a morning person. But I know for sure I don???t feel overworked by the time I get to that PM session. I can???t say anything as far as strength I have only been at it like I said for two weeks won???t be getting my maxes in for another six weeks, but I have a good feeling about this. Just make sure if you do try it out, I wouldn???t work on the same muscle again for at least 72 hours to make sure you???re fully recovered.

I've read that Bulgarian olympic weightlifters train 4 and 5 times a day! And they produce some of top lifters in the world. Each workout is high intensity and short in duration.
