If you love that very sweet mexican Rice Drink Horchata but cant:
2 scoops Vanilla or Malted Protein (I use malted)
6 Packets of Splenda
20 ounces of Water
1/2 Table Spoon of Ground Cinamon
5 ounces of crushed ice
My Favorite 50/50 bar;
(this sounds crazy but its AWESOME!)
2 scoops Vanilla or Malted Protein. (again I use malted)
6 packets of splenda
20 ounces of water
1 and a half spoon fulls of Orange Flavored Metamucil
10 ounces of crushed Ice
They are both damn yummy...but the 50/50 bar is the best I have made yet.
Try it out!
