I start pinning tomorrow and my glute was my go to place. I have 23 x 1's and the same in replacement pins for after I draw. Is the 1" too short for the glute unless your ripped? Or should I just play it safe and go w/ the quads...i've read alot of shitty stories about people not being able to walk after that though. Not cool when leg day is Tuesday morning....
