2nd cycle!! Does this look solid please help!!!!

hey guys.... does this cycle look solid?

Week 1-4 Anadrol-50 50mg
Week 1-10 Sus250 500mg
Week 1-10 Nolva 20mg ED
Week 1-10 Adex .5mg ED

Week 13-17 Clomid & Nolva for PCT.



I got gyno symptom for my first cyle thats why im doing the nolva and adex thing.

I am open for critics.

This are the only things i can get my hands on at this time. My source is out of state for work.

What AI did you use your first cycle?

I've never seen both nolva and adex used together.

Sus has short esters in it. You really don't need to use adrol as a kicker you could move it around somewhere else.

I would let me test levels rise a few weeks then hit the adrol.

Being my first cycle and stupid and didn't use any AI.

You should really only need one then. Adrol doesn't really even convert to estrogen. It can bother gyno in some people though via another route. I forget exactly.

Dude. I would use .5 adex eod or e3d. You want to control estrogen not annihilate it. Save the nolva for an emergency or pct. You absolutely do not need both.

Even to i get gyno symptoms quick? There is like a tiny lump behind my nipples.

I would try and get rid of any previous gyno before starting another cycle. Letrozole and nolva can do that.

okay how should i run it after that? i want to take ai to be safe....can u outline the cycle for me if u don't mind please? I only have adex and nolva. i don't have letro or any other.

What you have here is fine. It's a Sus cycle with an oral. That's it.

Run the letro before you start it. Any lingering lumps in the nips will rebound quick if you don't get rid of it. 1 week of Letro should do the trick. Then keep the Nolva, or even tamoxifen oh hand just in case it tries to return.

There is no reaosn to take both an AI and Nolva together throughout the entire cycle. Nolva should only be used if gyno begins to appear, in which case it is used as a temporary fix until the increaased AI dose has time to normalize estrogen levels. You should rely solely on AI's to control estrogen during your cycle--and preferably use Aromasin, as it does not interfere with the lipids like the other AI's do.

Nolva? It hs been shown to "slightly" reduce IGF-1 levels, so it technically it could have a minor impact on growth rate, but it won't be significant. Still, there is no reason to use bth Nolva and an AI anyway. Drop the nolva and increase your AI dose if your previosu dose was not sufficient for controlling estrogen.

bad advice. dont do the "letro got gyno" thing, its bad on body. if your off cycle just run a serm for couple months and see how you do. take care of gyno first \IMO.

i rec 12-14 weeks and would say teste or cyp over sust. , use an ai, save tamox and clomid for pct.

If it were me I would not add a second compound until I could run a successful cycle. Meaning being able to keep Gyno in check from test alone. You may also want to consider a shorter ester, prop if your that prone.
