2nd Order no show?

hey guys. its me again.

not trying it be a pain in the ass but it took me a long time of waiting for my second order before i was going to post something about non arrival orders again. i did test a second order a month after my first and this second order was supposedly shipped on the 3rd of june. which is just over a month ago. the problem i have encountered with this order is the following:

My requested tracking number does NOT appear in UKR post tracking. the item does not exist. after one month? its strange isnt it? not even a 'in processing' it is literally 'item not registered in system.'

I have pmed customer support at GXR64 and neither can do anything to identify anything..

Customer support is not extremely helpful, theyre telling me that the package is in my countries customs.. but how can that be if it isnt even registered on UKR post yet? what the hell?

GXR64 gave me the tracking number again and told me that was all that he was able to do for me. so thanks for that GXR64 but it didnt help me very much tho.

Customer support is just saying the same thing as GXR64 that they cant do anything about it.. well i was hoping someone could chase up the reason why its not registered in UKR post tracking.. thats a start. i dont want to say it but there is also a possibility that the package never even made it to the post office if it isnt registered. those are my two possibilities that could have occured.

Thanks for reading i hope someone can give me feedback or help or therapy for this situation.

Bro I would wait aleast 45 days and then pm gxr64. It seems that is the arrival time on this board. Same thing with mine it took 40 days. Tracking # said it was at origin ready to be shipped and 2 days later it was in my P.O. box. Good luck

As a long term client of naps, I will tell you that there shipping is very slow. I don't understand why but it just is. Why the tracking number is coming up not registered is weird but I can assure you this.... Naps is G2G, no dought about it. I have had to wait as long as 2 months for delivery. I will also tell you that if GXR64 says it's on the way I would believe him.
Best piece of advise I can give you is make sure you are ordering for the next cycle not a current cycle. Don't start until everything is in hand.

If GXR told u to wait, than there's nothing else he or anyone else can do..
You should not make any assumptions, Naps is not out to scam anyone,
they've been around and they haven't stayed in business by not shipping packages to their customers. Just wait a bit longer, I'm sure Naps will take care of u.

I wouldn't sweat the pkg tracking details. They're not reliable.

Your gear will show. It's a roll of the dice when it does though. It could be two weeks after order could be two months.

Most of these issues is customs. Out of naps hands. Good luck man.

Exactly man, It's in no one's control, unfortunately we have to wait it out, I've been surprised by Naps plenty of times when my Gear arrives before the ticker ends.

Bro, no one including me is gonna argue that there weren't problems, fuck ups, whatever you want to call it. Naps sends out so many packs every day, week and month, and maybe they took on too much at once. But they realized this and are taking a couple of weeks to play catch up and then we are gonna reopen and be better then ever.

You know me and GXR are working on getting you your pack through reship, so I'm asking you to have a bit more patience which I know is asking a lot, but that's what I'm asking for.

This is true and im not arguing against that. also i appreciate you and GX's efforts as reps as i know this can be a tough job. anybody reading this please understand that Anabolic and Gx have been nothing but helpful thru this whole ordeal. Anabolic gave me realistic answers to my questions and I appreciate that. I just dont understand how my post, telling this guy what to realistically expect with timing on his order was deleted. I never said (or atleast what i can remember) anything bad about Naps except the delayed shipping time. If i did say something that opposes that statement then for that i truly apologize. I hope you understand what im saying Anabolic and once again in no way was I trying to insult you or the quality of Naps. just they shipping estimates.

I'll say it, shipping times sucked, bad!! And GXR had a reason for the deleting the post, I'm not gonna get involved in that. But you have been polite and respectful in dealing with me and I appreciate that
