nice bro
can u post your diet
Since I was over 20%bf in the beginning I did a very strict keto diet until I hit 15%. I also did cardio 6 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour every morning on an empty stomach. Basically all I ate was chicken breast, egg whites, turkey and occasionally a slice of cheese. I also ate a lot of broccoli and other green veggies. This sucks ass but it works if you're fat and trying to get to a manageable bf%.
When I hit 15%, someone suggested carb cycling, so I did a lot of research on carb cycling and went in that direction but to be honest I really just listened to my body. When I really started noticing good results, a typical day looked like this:
Breakfast: 1 cup of oats (unflavored) and 6 egg whites w/1 whole egg.
PWO shake: 2 scoops whey w/banana (usually I'll eat 6 oz. of some kind of meat 45 min after my shake)
Lunch: 12 oz. Chicken breast w/veggies
Snack 2: More chicken or turkey w/quinoa and veggies
Snack 3: 2 scoops whey
Dinner: 12 oz. Fish, Chicken, (occasionally red meat) w/quinoa (or a sweet potato) and veggies
**In a pinch, I'll eat a protein bar if I have to, but most of them have so much sugar I try to stay away. It's not really rocket science, just don't eat shit that's going to push you in the wrong direction. You can't go backwards eating lean meat, veggies, and good carbs and working out everyday. Also, if you're hungry, eat. Just eat the right food. And drink a shit ton of water.
If you aren't getting results, you're just not trying hard enough or you don't want it bad enough.
