I finially found a bread that's 100% stone ground whole wheat, and has no HFCS. But their is "SUGAR" listed in the ingredient list.
Each slice of bread has 3g sugar. So my sandwich is 6g sugar, is this obsessive? Will I notice any differene in physical apperance? The one I use to have was 2g sugar per slice, but I was wondering if the extra 2g sugar would make a difference?
And also if it was stupid to have this as part of my daily diet with 6g sugar in it?
