Are you a natural or not? Because that would make a whole lot of different. If you are natural, you can not emphasize on one body part while still training the rest of the body at an optimum level. My second question would be, how long have you been training? If you are not an intermediate to an advance, I would recommend focusing on building up a strong base even though you might have a weak part, as most of the people do. If you are advanced, meaning training for more than three years consistenly and have a lagging body part that you need to bring up, I suggest that you use a specilization program where you will be mainly focusing on the lagging body part while training rest of the body at maintenance level. Lyle McDonald has a very effective specilization program that you can use it to bring just about any lagging body part if you are an advanced trainee. Just my 2 cents.

I see, How many days a week do u workout? Are u doing body split routine or full body routine?

Puts delts on Monday how hard is it?

c'mon man, that's what i'm doin. just not sure bout how to set up rest of week, don't want to do any overlappin with chest and not sure what else would be ok to train with delts.

Mon. Shoulders and Traps
Tues. Legs
Wed. Cardio and abs
Thur. Back and Bi's
Fri. Chest and tri's

Do more core work on days when you have more time.
Just what I would do.

Or you could swap chest and back and do chest on thursdays... just to make sure your tri's aren't fried on monday! :thumb:
