just switched my routine a week ago from working out 5-6 days a week to 4 days a week...M T T F. todays chest workout added 20 lbs on my bench. OVERTRAINED.
PS one of these days i workout twice, once before work and after. see how the rest of this week goes:clapping:

How's it going? You posted this on tuesday, and now it's thursday, so you should be three workouts in this week. And if you started last week, that is seven. How's it feel? Notice a difference?

Some people may say you won't, but when I switched my Squat from saturdays (final lift day) to mondays (first day of lifting) I noticed a huge difference.
 
So, whats your point

I tried to message you, but I am 36 posts short (35 now). Was this directed towards me? There are only two posts before, and it doesn't make sense for my post, or the other post, so I'm not sure. If you are curious as to what my point is, it is

Just to clarify, I wanted to remind this person (who is new to the board, with 13 posts) that we are still interested in his presence here. Also, that it's been three days since he posted that. And from the wording, I took it as he did it for one week, and was into it on tuesday. Which is six workouts of his new plan.

That was my point.
