Hello,
Finally had the time today to put this video up on You Tube. Here I was exactly 4 weeks out from the 2009 NPC Rocky Mountain Championships. I weighed 212 pounds and will be competing as a lightheavyweight.
After checking out the vid I definitely knew I needed the entire 4 weeks (plus, lol) to get stage ready. Over the past two weeks I slowly switched things up, started that last phase of supps, and the carbs are almost non existant...needless to say things are going awesome and I am definitely going to be ready to rock on November 14th!!!
I totally realize I have a state level (not even regional level) physique at this time, but in talking with the family and my support system in 2010 and 2011 we will be taking competing very seriously. Over the years our personal training business has grown and these past couple years I have been dying to get back onstage. So slowly but surely as time allows we are tightening the bolts and setting things up for success in the years to come.
Well anyway let me know your thoughts. I was surprised at how the last % of bodyfat has slipped off once the carbs dropped and cardio was spiked up.... also let me know your thoughts on overall genetics. Thanks...
Jim
