40 years old and makin a mad dash for that one more memorable summer . divorced and lookin to make an impression on the women . I'm 5'10 and 210 lbs. pretty good shape but of course need that muscle and low fat combo. workin at the gym about 4-5 days a week . about an hour and 15 minutes per session . Finding at my age it's a lot harder to go longer than that. Need help on a good S....e . shoosh !!
