Hello all this is my first post here. I hope that i am not bothering anyone buy making it. I have always been really interested in getting fit. Not that i am not fit now but i just can not gain weight to save my life. I just turned 40, yeah i know a little late to start worrying about getting a little bit bigger. But at 6 foot and 110 pounds i just want to do it before it is really too late.

Creatine i heard was great. I also heard that a certain fish oil was good and a multi vitamin. But i do not know that much about it and i really want to figure out what is going on so i can help out my son which i believe is going to go down the same road as me with being average height and really low weight. I have looked around and i am not the type to be suckered in by the latest get big quick rip offs. I just want something that works and something that doesn't cost me a fortune in the long run. I already eat pretty good. But if anyone here could really help me out on what to do or a good stack that really works. Anything really i would appreciate it a lot.

I would really like to know what i should be doing to help me and my 11 year old son as well. You guys are great and i am really happy to finally made a post here and joined the community.

Thanks in advance.

Not sure if srs?
If you are, look at your diet guarantee you aren't eating enough. How many cals you have a day?

Thanks for replying. I am currently eating 4500 to 5000 cals a day. I work in the sun a lot so i usually drink about 2 liters of water a day also. I have went to multiple websites to find out what a good diet would be for me, went to the doctors to have everything checked out (they just say that i have a very high metabolism and that i shouldn't worry about it), and i take a multi vitamin each day from my local GNC that was recommended by a cool dude that works there.

I am just wondering if their are other things that i could be doing to help with the gains. I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week, i don't really run or anything to help burn off the cals i take in, and at this point it sort of feels like i have just ran into a brick wall.

My 11 year old son eats about 2500 to 3000 cals a day. I have him on a multi vitamin for kids as well. And still it is about the same thing. He doesn't work out (being a kid i think is enough of a workout) but he isn't gaining anything as well. Again all his doctors tell me that he is normal and that ones he has a growth spurt it will be ok.

I am just thinking about maybe taking a little creatine, some of the oils, and keeping with my vitamin. But their are so many different types of creatine that i really don't know where to start. So many different brands that it is confusing. Any help would be greatly appreciate from anyone that could help me out. I will post gains each week after starting whatever stack i can find to help.

Thanks,

SKJ

You mention vitamins a lot but you shouldn't even need them if you're eating the way you should. Besides all those GNC vitamins have synthetics in them. If you must take one, try a whole foods based. Your body can only use so much and 5000% of minerals are obsurd. Eat vegetables and fruits, lean meat, beans, healthy fats and eat them often..five six times a day. Work hard in the gym get sleep and grow. Its a lifestyle but no magic pill is out there to take the place of good nutrition.
