I've always trained 4+ days per week, but I've recently gotten educated on how important recovery is. I'm now going to start a run on the 5/3/1 training. So I was wondering what your thoughts on M/W/F or M/T/Th/F? I've basically never trained on weekends (Sat & Sun) and it will be strange for me to only train M/W/F, but I think I may need to do this to recover from squats before Deads...
