Lifted for 30 years and then had some surgeries, bilateral partial wrist fusions, ankle fusion, and hip replacement, over a period of 4 years. Found out I have RA and its not that severe. I feel great now and want to get back in but will lift lighter and more reps. Problem is I need to lose some LBS from the lay up. I am on a new vitamin pack that made me lose 20lbs in 5 weeks, unreal hey, and my bp which has always been with meds 140/110 is now 120/72 since taking these new vitamins. They are unreal. Anyways taking some Clenbut. for my workouts and thinking of something to add to help me lean up quicker as it is tough as we age. I am a young looking 54 and want to get down another 25-30 in 3 months which I do not think the vitamins will do but who knows.

My friend suggested hgh, what are your opinions on it for a guy my age? How much do I take and for how long?
Do I cycle it? Is it harmful to my liver or kidneys? Should I take it or something else? I am not going out for any competitions here, just want to look good is all. Any decent suggestions will be considered and thanks.
Anyone interested in this new vitamin pack just pm me and I can get you the info, cannot get it in stores.

Not, I am totally serious about getting lean and trying something that will help me look a little more ripped. I am very stocky, 251, 5'10, huge legs, so no need to lift much there but arms, abs and some chest work. Am a fence contractor so I have big shoulders from digging holes when I was younger. I talked about the vitamins because I found them and they work, thats it. My hdl is up, ldl is down, triglycerides are down, and weight is down from 266. My regular doc is amazed and using them btw.
Anyways, anyone that has an opinion on hgh or anything that may help with a good product let me know.
