5day vs 3day

im 17 and when i started i used 3 day a week workout, doing chest/back one day, legs another, and arms another. I now switched to a 5 day workout that i got off ironmagazine.com. I am worried that i am overowrking in the 5day workout, what do you guys think?
 
Probably not....but what does the routine look like? Odds are you are limiting the sets and you are no carrying over the same volume as a 3 day to a 5 day (meaning time spent in the gym) It would also be safe to say that if you got the 5 day split from here then it is most likely a decent one. But post the split and rep/set scheme and we could better determin it for ya.
