6 weeks cycle before pro fight

Hi everyone,

MY next big fight is scheduled to 6 weeks from now. Training is gonna be tough and I'm considering a little cycle through this training period.

I need something to help the body recover (I train twice a day), and prolong the fatigue period as much as possible. And it cannot be too heavy as I cannot gain more than 2-3 kg and I do gain weight easily when doing cycles - considering Oxandrolone. What do you think?

Anavar or tbol would be your best options IMO. If you go the injectable route, 100mg of test prop EOD would be amazing for overall performance and recovery, and you shouldn't gain too much weight if you watch your calories.

Stay off gear man. So stupid for mma. I love gear and wish it was legal and all fighters we're geared as fuck but the only people it would help are the heavyweights but you'll fail a test then no money and no career
 
Hey guys,

I live and compete in Thailand and around south east asia. Muaythai is my trade, not MMA. Here in Asia we don't have to worry for blood testing. Only in the states they're streaked about it. I think it is quite normal for fighters to use gear in Thailand, though no one openly talks about it...

Personally, I've tried some stuff on very low doses before, and still gained serious weight! (in my business few kilos up and you're in a whole new weight division - and there are way more fight opportunities on big tournaments for lower weight fighters).

For this specific fight I can gain up to 3 kg so its a good time to go for another cycle!

Run prop eod at 100 mg and 75 mg var Ed for the 6 weeks. Easy simple and it should get u your desired goals. Just watch it and keep bloat and water weight down so u can make weight. Keep your diet in check
 
test prop and a dry oral like anavar/winny/tbol sounds good, some halo or cheque drops prefight ;)
 
id also recommend clenbuterol for ur fight and the 2 weeks leading up to it


and x2 on the halotestin preworkout, maybe some test suspension too

You are an idiot if you truly believe all those guys are natty. GH, Epo/blood doping, and small short esther'd cycles are extremely common practice in pro MMA. The way these guys train they essentially have to use PED's. Just because they might not look juiced up like Overeem doesn't mean they aren't on GH, epo/blood transfusions, and many are on higher doses of HRT. I've been around a lot of pro sports, and know many pro athletes... it's silly to assume they're clean just because they are passing the drug tests. It more so takes an idiot to fail the drug tests more often than not.

Why clen 2 weeks leading up to it? I know literature on clen is conflicting online and some places say "it may increase cardiovascular output" - rest assured, it doesn't. It trashes it. I can tell you first hand, as can many of my friends. I fucked myself over in a former sport once when i used clen leading into the national championships... my cardio went to all hell and my heart rate was like that of a crack heads. I'd highly recommend staying away from clen while training for a fight, it'll likely be more of a hindrance than anything else.

I'd go with 6 weeks of TBOL personally. Var would work as well. Prop also works, but i'd suggest likely running a small AI dose along side it to keep water weight down. Winny i'd steer clear from just because it tends to make tendons/joints fairly dry and brittle. Last thing you need is an injury. How's your cardio? If you run some EPO leading up to the competition you'd see an extremely impressive increase in endurance. Definitely want to know what you're doing with EPO, though. I've used it before and it's nothing short of a miracle how much of a difference it can have on endurance/increased effort you can put out for longer periods of time. But you want to know EXACTLY what you're doing when you use it, not a thing to go in half assed/willy nilly.

Former competitive fighter here myself (as well as a former nationally ranked sprinter and a current bodybuilder).
 
I ran EPO 9000 units about a year ago, was pretty damn fit at the time so haven't felt it like i expected.

Do you suggest TBOL with Anavar? if so what doses?

PS. I reckon he suggested clen so it would be easier to cut weight but I really don't like the shaking and now as you say it may cause injuries I'll definitely stay off that clen...
