This pic doesn't show much detail as the lighting was wrong, but how about a critique from competitors, I'm curious about how close you think I am to contest shape. Stats: age;44 BW:142 BF: about 11% HT: 5'3". Go ahead, lay it on, I'm tough!

Your delts look wicked! :)

verynice!!! but you need a bit more lower lats:thumb:

Off to a good start. Your middle back is coming along nicely. Since there is not too much you can do about size when in a dieting phase, your main goal now is to bring your BF % down about 5 %. This will bring about the cuts in your delts, arms, and lower back.

Just keep going...you are on your way:thumb:

Isn't that a bit low for a female (assuming she's natural)?

I thought that 7% bf is more realistic for a natural female in competition.

:hot: :hot: :lifter: looking good girl..

Looking good WW~ Damn, now I feel small!

Actually, you are right! When I looked at the pic, I thought it was a bantemweight guy competitor! I forgot it was "wonderwoman!" That is not a bad thing actually, its really a compliment!

Also, by the way...wonderwoman told me she has gotten down to 5% before...extremely impressive for a gal!

Sheesh, I wish I looked that good at 35 and I'm a male!

TCD, you are going to have to give this stuff up! It ain't gonna fly!

Your waist looks tight too. Ace delts :)

TCD, the next time you call me an idiot or anything like that it will be the last time you post here...

And TCD, please understand that you WILL NEVER hold a candle to my physique no matter how many years you train...and you will never obtain half the knowledge that I have in the field of exercise.

People listen to what I say because it WORKS. I have trained more people on more levels than your brain can comprehend, and I have clients that have reached levels of success that you wil never reach yourself.

Go play in the sandbox with the other children...

By the way Wonderwoman...you look stunning in your side chest pic :thumb:

Way to make her feel welcome  WW, as a female, I would never be so rude as to blatantly cum right out and say what nice boobies you have ;) :D

I'm really here just to say....ace delts too, lol. Very impressive physique! :thumb:

OMG....why don't you fuking people grow up, do you have to turn every fuking thread into a childish arguement about this shit? This is why I don't bother w/ the training forum!

And M_E84....your style is showing!

:finger: TCD and Pumpit, that's exactly WHY I don't bother posting pics with a face on it, none of you guys bother looking at it anyway! Thanks w8lifter, for the sincere compliments, and "you know men".........I've been training serious for three years.

oh great, the kids did it again.NOT all men look for breast first. This man looks for a womans intellegence first..WW, thats awesome, keep up the hard work...:thumb: :D :lifter:

Ok tiny...you keep thinking that.

*And by the way...lets keep this thread about Wonderwoman, and the feedback she is after.

Dude, the main reason you are so big is cause you've stuck with it for so long. Not to mention the fact that the "average" person couldn't achieve 250lbs+ with a low bf% naturally. You ARE a genetic freak.

P.s. Wonder woman looks ace.

Thanks for the pic WW. You look awesome! I can tell you have been working your butt off! It takes a lot of hard work to get in shape like that. Keep working hard and I'm sure you will get better! Look forward to seeing you on the board more....think you will make an excellent addition! BTW, would like to have seen your face in the pic! W8, I think you have some serious comp now!

This is where you are wrong TCD...I am as far from a genetic freak as possible. I started training at a height of 5' 11" and a weight of 125. I was pathetically thin, with no muscle and very little strength. Nobody in my family is muscular or shows any definition. In fact, my genetics suck.

You are correct when you say that I have stuck with it for many years, but remember that I won my first title after training for only 3 years. I weighed over 200 lbs after 5 years. I learned how to train smart, eat smart, supplement smart, and recover smart! I lived to learn about this...and that is exactly what I share here.

You don't have to listen, but those that do will reap the rewards, and for that I'm happy...

Dude 125lbs of muscle is NOT crappy genetics. An "average" person would need drugs to accquire that amount of muscle.

See, unfortunately Chicken, you are trying to attribute most of my gains to genetics, when in fact, my gains have come from my training methodology and nutrition methodology, as well as my desire and dedication.

With a family full of genetically non-muscular people, a very slight bone structure...tiny wrists, ankles and knees, very little natural strength, and a starting weight of 125 at almost 6 feet in height...you could definitely classify me as a genetic inferior in terms of bodybuilding.

Now someone like Skip LaCour, or Vince Taylor, who had 17 inch arms before he touched a weight is a genetic freak.

Attributing my progress to genes is the same as others that I know attributing them to steroids...it takes the credit away from me, but I'm sorry, I'm not going to let you do that.

I'm not questioning your nutrition or training methodology's (except for the training one in different threads). I gotta hand it to you for stciking with it for so long. I only brought up the genetics part as a comparison to the average person. Even an avvid steroid user can't put on that amount of muscle - even Dorian himself only added about 70lbs of muscle during his career. I say only, despite it being a huge amount, cause in comparison to your feat it pales. Just because you started at 125lbs doesn't mean you don;t have the genetics for it. You've used your potential.
