i went to get some groceries, tried to find 93% lean beef but had no luck. so i grabbed the highest in lean.. does it make that much of a diffrence if i eat 85% Lean than 93% lean.. should i eat it?? is it really bad for me??..

I personally if I had the time and money would buy some cheap lean steak, and mince/ chop it myself. I go to my local butchers and get £5 in money of steak mince and that lasts me just over a week.
