i went to get some groceries, tried to find 93% lean beef but had no luck. so i grabbed the highest in lean.. does it make that much of a diffrence if i eat 85% Lean than 93% lean.. should i eat it?? is it really bad for me??..

It shudnt make too much difference to be honest if you are on a bulk and ur bf% isnt too high. I personally if I had the time and money would buy some cheap lean steak, and mince/ chop it myself. I go to my local butchers and get £5 in money of steak mince and that lasts me just over a week.

im not on a bulk though, trying to get my bf% down to 7% and getting cut.. will me eating 85 lean slow my goals down?

I dont think it will matter to much to be honest, but I think its best to stick with chicken turkey and tuna when you are on a cut

im kinda following this cutt threadi found here it says 93% lean beef(although im using 85% lean) it also has turkey etc.. i got all that shit 2.. and some skim milk, i think, well the guy said it was skim but it didint say skim.. can a milk be Skim Milk without actually having that word(Skim) in the lable?

most grocery stores have 93 percent ...walmart has 96 percent

Skim milk is sometimes labelled "fat free" milk

There really isn't going to be much of a difference between 85% and 95%... it's not like you are eating a pizza

If it's skim milk it should have 0g of fat on the nutrition label.

No fat...sounds like skim to me.

that label is identical to the last carton of skim milk i bought.

although, i have to say, you might want to consider not drinking milk at all if you're looking to get super cut--that 12g of sugar per serving will be a hindrance to you.

i'm cutting too, trying to get to 8% bf, and i've eliminated milk altogether. i consume next-to-zero grams of sugar now, and am making solid progress. i do take calcium tablets to partially offset the lack of dairy.
