This might sound like a stupid question but I was curious as to what most of you do when you are sick with a cold? Do you wait until you feel better or do you wait until the cold is fully gone before going back to the gym?
Last Wednesday I decided to take the rest of the week off as I was starting to feel tired and figured it would be better for me to rest before I got sick(cold bug is going around). Well so much for my good effort since I got up with a sore throat on Thursday morning and now I'm stuck with congestion.
I'm really anxious to go back to the gym with my new workout routine but I'm not willing to infect the rest of the population(but they say you are most contagious at the first signs of a cold)
Any tips on getting back on my feet faster besides rest? I'm not really hungry and I'm forcing myself to eat at this point and even though keeping hydrated is essential, I can't find myself to drink much since I just feel full :/
