Hi, I'm a newbie here, and I've got a question.

Most of my activity comes from cycling in the summer, and cross-country skiing in the winter. Can any of you give me some hints for a specific workout to enhance those activities?

I ride MTB and you'll find that many here also do...
As for me during the winter time,I do lot of stationnary bike(I know boring,but at least it keeps my legs going)Then about a month before the season starts(can't wait!!!!!)I take some "spinning classes"...That will get you there!!!

Yeah, I have a trainer that I do some work on if I can't get out skiing.

I ride mostly road and commuting, but I've got an MTB I like to get out on as well.
