A few PSMF questions

I'm interested in doing PSMF for 1-2 weeks after I finish Starr's program in about a month. I figured I should get started early because I know little to nothing about PSMF.

So would 1-2 weeks of PSMF be good for me after a high volume/high intensity program like Starr's? I'd like to cut down a bit and am already pretty lean, and dropping some of the training volume I feel would really help.

Also, how do people generally train on this type of diet? I've seen 2 workouts a week as a guideline, but nothing about the makeup of those workouts. I assume low volume but I want to be sure.

Your best bet is to read the forum Lyle has. I think there is a sticky in it all about the diet. Also get the book he wrote on it. It really helps to enlighten you on the diet and training.
