Ok normally i just do like 3 or 4 sets on normal bench and 3 on incline. But i don't fel worked enough so here's what i thought
2x8 Normal Bench
2x8 and 1x5 Incline Bench
2x8 Decline Bench
2x8 Incline Flys should i add more?
