Good sources of protein as you know are...cheese...milk....lean white meats...fish...and of course there is nuts. But has anyone ever tried spaghetti bolognese? Not only does it contribute to daily allowance of carbohydrates but it has a rich sauce (no pun intended) of protein too! I like to add a little protein powder on the top as a substitute for parmesan cheese. I find it boosts the protein content quite considerably! I eat spaghetti bolognese at least 3 times a week and if im lucky maybe 4. Try it, and see if your muscles can grow out of its plateau!
