I am really depressed over this issue please help me..

During the exercise i think my balance got out and due to this stupid thing
my roght part has developed an inch more than teh left one..

My right shoulder seems an inch bigger than the left one and same goes to chest.
the left one is comparatively a little small than the right one..

the chest difference isnt much visible but the shoulder one is.

So please can anyone help me how to balance both sides
please
my gmail id is haseebnajam

please if u have any suggestions let me know

Dont worry about it.

Nobody is symmetrical.

you also may have scoliosis. Have you had a spinal check up lately?

Plus there is nothing like a good adjustment anyways.

I'll bet its that, I been told by a trainer that my left shoulder is a bit higher then the right one. I will be getting a spinal check this saturday. until then no more heavy squats for this chico.

Are you using machines or free weights? When i first started lifting weights I did a lot of machine work and one of my arms developed faster and became noticeably larger than the other because I was favoring it. I switched to free weights and forced each arm to do that same amount of weight and reps and that problem vanished in a hurry.

On a similar note

I have a major imbalance in symmetry in my quads. I have been a bowler for 21 years. As a left-hander, I slide on my right foot with deep knee bend. Basically I've done thousands of lunges on my right leg, so development on that leg far exceeds my left leg. I need to do something to bring them back into proportion, but what?

Suggestions?

well....whats the obvious solution?

Do some lunges with the other leg.

In the immortal words of GnySgt. Hartman

"Well. No shit."

The obvious question is this: how do I organize the training? Normal routine for legs with additional exercises that focus on just the less-developed leg? Do I work that leg more in order to develop it more, or do I just perform more single-leg routines for both legs?

I remember hearing once that working one less-developed arm or leg isn't necessary. The deficient leg would catch up as regular training routines were done. Is this still current thought, or should I isolate that leg a little more to bring it up to where my better leg is?

I know the obvious answer but need the specifics.

im the same way. my whole left side seems a little bigger than the right. from my face(cheekbone) to my legs. its not obvious though. i do think i have a problem with my left shoulder that is keeping me off balance during execises. its feels loose like coming out of socket especially when doing rear delts, no pain though, just feel different stretch and pull of motion than from other side, and feel like left working harder. even tris and chest, i feel difference in the contraction of muscle from each side. i try to compensate with more reps on right side.
