Can anyone tell me the basic fundamentals about achieving an 8 pack of abs, not a 6. I heard from some its genetics, others say steriods, I would like for someone to clear this up please.
I'm 16 years old and very active in sports. 5'6", 125 pounds and its been a couple days since I've gotten my crutches off (sprained and bruised knee ligament/ftball)
My problem is that I have just about 23% body fat. I dont really care for biceps and I dont bench much, all I really want to look out for is what is an 8 pack.
I know my questions are very "demanding" but can anyone list an extreme ab workout?
