George Halbert, one of the best benchers of all time demonstrates a prehab/rehab movement for the shoulders he calls the H-Roll. If you have never used it, I suggest you give it a try.

I have a bum left shoulder (for years) and have just begun incorporating this exercise. I will let everyone know how it goes. George feels it will help me in short order.

haha poorly performed and George Halbert aren't two phrases that go together

this exercise is for your rear delts and rotator cuffs anyways, not your mid traps
