I lacerated my index, middle and ring finger earlier this week. The middle finger was the worst with a deep, J-shaped wound on the finger tip.

It was basically opened up like a flap. Sutures were required on the middle and surgical glue on the others.

As of now, Its pretty much healed completely and im happy that i can train normally again without it leaking blood.

Im wondering if the anabolics helped or impeded the healing process. Was not given antibiotics btw.

From what im reading, inflammation is required as part of the healing process. I had almost no swelling, pain or discoloration which i found a little concerning. nevertheless, everything seems fine and im good to go.

Does testosterone and other AAS (not nandrolone) impede the healing process in wounds?

Any feedback?

I'm sure if anything it would help because it increases IGF levels and nitrogen retention.

I kinda figured that too but have been reading conflicting literature.

I'm gonna guess that it does not impede healing. I will look for any info that shows reduction of white blood cells in anabolics.

I had some crazy jaw surgery done a few years ago and I asked my surgeon if it would be ok to take 500mg/week of test e. He said it'd be fine if I did.
