So my stupid ass dislocated my shoulder and dr is projecting at least 2 months for full recovery. Should I be taking Deca or IGF 1 (in conjunction with PT) to help speed up recovery? Im trying to recover as quickly as possible and am already prescribed 250 mg/mo of test c/. Thanks in advance for your input!

Don't take deca, or any other potent "bulking" compound. IGF-1 would probably be very helpful, as would a GHRP-2/CJC-1295 stack (some prefer GHRP-6). The BEST option in conjunction with your physical therapy would be a combination of IGF-1 Lr3 and HGH. Two months is a pretty short recovery time, so continue the HGH beyond your physical therapy to continue strengthening your shoulder even after it has fully recovered.

There is no free lunch. You have to heal at the rate your body has evolved to. You can get an artificial sense of recovery using deca and peptides but it will not be real.

I think the best mix of peptides for healing is igf, tb500, and ghrp2/cjc 1295 w/o dac(mod grf).

Well then you should email Robert Costa, professor of biochemistry and molecular genetics at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and tell him why his studies demonstrating the ability of growth hormone to activate a gene crucial in tissue repair are just complete bullshit. Seriously, email him and let him know he's just looking for a stupid "free lunch" and see what he says in reply.
