say i'm trying to stick to 2000 calories a day (not sure exactly what mine is, just kinda go by feel).....today for instance i had the oats n eggs breakfast (1 whole, 4 whites), for lunch i had a shake with 40g protein, buncha strawberries, tropicana, as well as two whole wheat bread with some honey on it, for supper brown rice, some Cod, veggies, fruit.....then i went out at about 9 and had this chili chicken deal, it was just chicken with some chili spice sauce....but there was some breading or deep frying on the chicken......now i dont wanna sound completely anal, but if my daily consumption comes in around 2,000 and it's say 500 below my maintenance, on the cut, does having a small bit of that fried fatty shit matter? or will 2,000 calories no matter how it's comprised, still burn as 2,000 calories?
