I don't really post too much unless I have a problem training that I can't figure out. So with that here goes:
Right now I have a 4 pack. I can't seem to get my lower abs to pop out for that sixpack. I've tired leg raises, crunches, and the weighted abs machine, but no dice. Any suggestions?
Also, I need to work on my butt. I've never tried toning it before and I'm not sure how to get it looking good. Any help with what to do here would be great!
