Hey All,

I don't really post too much unless I have a problem training that I can't figure out. So with that here goes:

Right now I have a 4 pack. I can't seem to get my lower abs to pop out for that sixpack. I've tired leg raises, crunches, and the weighted abs machine, but no dice. Any suggestions?

Also, I need to work on my butt. I've never tried toning it before and I'm not sure how to get it looking good. Any help with what to do here would be great!

adding mass to the lower abs is very difficult..stick with weighted exercises and try to hit the abs from a variety of angles.

you also need to have single digit bf for the lowers abs to really stick out..personally I have to get down to <8% for them to really pop out when not flexing them...
 
I have the same problem. Of course, I am at 15% bodyfat, so I don't expect the lower part of my abs to be visible. I have to get rid of a little fat first. Perhaps you are the same way?

you can do all the crunches and raises that you want, but to see thre rest of those abs you need to lose the layer of fat thats covering them first.
