I must admit that it might be as easy for him/her to get out and do those crunches. My mom, she has arthritis and doesn't get around too well somedays, has been looking into this kind of product because of her inability to get down on the floor and do actual crunches....although she has been looking for a way to lose a few pounds!
Might aswell ask if anyone has any suggestions on what she could do, or use to lose a few pounds around the stomach and butt. She is 5'11 and about 170 lbs. (not to mention the THREE kids she has had!)

Abtronic=not a fat reducer...
tek her into the gym, or have her go swimming very low impact and works all muscles and is cardio!:thumb:

Thanks, she has been looking into the pool for a while now, its just a matter of actually finding the time to do it:rolleyes:

Very light weight training would be of great benefit to her, as well as swimming, and other cardio activities like walking and biking.

Well, I must admit that she can't even walk somedays, her arthritis is fairly advanced. She is taking a few different kinds of pills but those don't work usually.

And yes I will make her get into the pool soon, but I will say I don't NAG alot!:yell: hehe

Well then let her do various resistance movements using ankle and wrist weights.
