starting 5+ days ago my forearms have been in a lot of pain.. It is weird because I have not done forearms in at least a week. When i did bis today there was severe pain in my wrists and forearms after every exercise. Also, near my right ankle/on top of foot where it connects to the leg has been super sore! even driving is a pain..

Could this possibly be joints, tendons or ligaments that are getting destroyed from my excessive strength gain from my current cycle

Tendonitis more likely in the forearms.

Try taking a course of ibuprothen, It acts as an anti inflamitry, may take a week to start working. The pain will dictate if/how u rest

did you recently have to start taking any kind of medication? I had to take some meds for a couple months that completely dried up my joints and made my muscles ache.

for sure. took some anti inflam. yesterday....dont think ill take anymore due to studies show i does lower protein synthesis in 5 different studies..but i find that funny because i was reading a MD mag at Barn's today and it said NSAID'S in fact do not cause any disturbances protein synthesis..

Tired of all these fucking they do and they don'ts in articles...just give us some REAL fucking facts ya know?!

Use the anti-inflams when you need them. In the short term, it won't make that much difference in Protein synthesis, if any at all. IMHO, the pain relief is worth it.

Very true...but if you're trying to be #1, you must learn to ignore pain

Ignoring the pain and being forced to stop training simply because sooner or later you can't doesn't lead to the #1 spot.

BTW your nickname is somewhat ironic.

That's why you have to actually read the entire study, look at the methodology, see if the results are valid, and see if the conclusions drawn from the results are logical.

Often they aren't. There are plenty of published studies that aren't worth the paper they're written on.
