adding an inch to your arms in a week

it doesn't sound that great
 
i think it has more to do with proper nutrition
 
The best I can ever recall is 1/8th inch a day for me.
 
Well that article includes forearms. So like like adding all the gains from your forarms to your upper arms.. So possibly..
 
No way, the reps are too high, the time frame is too short and they forgot to include the AAS cycle needed to make that type of gain.

The results that this plan proclaims seem to far fetched to be true. I am waving the BS Flag over here.
 
Uh, 1 inch to your arms in a month is different than in a week, like the subject says... I guess it's theorethically possible.. I mean, not all muscle... But eh, I'm not convinced.

Extacy is called Vitamin E by those that use it.
 
it might be possible if u were just beginning bodybuilding..u would see the addition pretty fast

I've experimented with "vitamin E", first lesson i learned was ... chew it and regret it...
 
Having read a little on serotonin I would not touch it.
