I just added updated my gym membership to include all the fitness and sports clubs in my area, and one of the clubs doesn't have an adductor or abductor machine. I stopped doing the abductor machine a long time ago (IT band problems), but still like the adductor machine. I'm not a fan of cable leg raises as I never feel stable. But my question is this: Why don't they have one (they don't seem to know either) and why isn't the adductor machine listed as apart of people's leg routines? I thought strong inner thighs were important for squats, etc. If so, then how come nobody lists them as exercises that they perform and why the heck doesn't a very large gym, with just about every other piece of equipment have this machine? Any logical answers???
