adex while on cycle Question

Hello im doing a winny test prop cycle and shooting test 100mg every other day. I have read its best to take .5mg of adex every day on cycle but i only have 1mg capsules. would it be ok to take 1mg every other day then and also should i take the 1mg on the days i shoot the test or on the opposite days. thanks guys.

.5 ed would be better than 1 eod. just get a pill cutter and 1/2 them.

There 1mg capsules so i cant cut them thats why i was asking about the 1mg every other day.

Just open the capsule and take half of the powder. If not Arimidex has a half life of 3 days so 1 mg every other day is fine. Probably overkill but if you don't want to split them that would work.

my bad bro. i missed the "capsule" part. i had some aromasin one time that was little hard tic-tac looking fuckers that exploded into pieces when i tried to split them. it sucked.

if it's a cap you can open with powder inside, i would do that and still split the dose if possible.

It is totally ok to open the capsule and just take half the powder eod. It may not taste great but you will be fine doing that. Just pour out half the powder on a piece of paper and pour that in your mouth then wash it down. Put the capsule back together the take the whole capsule two days later. Take care.
