advantages of injection site

The muscle is just a storage area for the oil deposit. While the steroid in attached to it's ester, it is not active. Over time the ester is slowly broken down and the actual hormone is released into the blood. It is then available to bind to androgen receptors.

Not sure if there would be any site specific advantage to non-esterified steroids? Although, I suspect if there were it would be minimal.

IMO, the only possible benefit would be some fascia stretching. Now, I know numerous vets who claim to benefit from spot injecting non-esterified suspension. However, there definitely is not a consensus on the subject.

Bigger the muscle, the more oil it can handle. Thus glutes and quads are the most common sites.

To add on to this, do you routinely inject the same site, or rotate? Alternating quads or glutes?

Definitely rotate in order to avoid scar tissue buildup -- allow it to heal first. The most reasonable guideline I've seen on this is two weeks for any given site. That should allow full healing of the trauma in the muscle.

Be sure to add ventral glutes to your rotation, not just dorsals.

Wouldn't you say two weeks is a little to long?

My rotation was left thigh, right thigh, left glute, right glute. I pinned test prop every other day and this worked well for me.

The idea is to let the traumatic effects -- increased vascularity and some scarring -- at the injection site resolve themselves as much as possible before re-traumatizing it in order to avoid unnecessary extra scarring. Less than two weeks isn't long enough to allow that healing apparently, but I don't have the source for it.

it is possible to do repeated site injections with oil in a area to allow scar tissue fill a void...ie; guy had a small "dent' in his inner pec that was noticeable when in contest shape...he site injected it eod with prop for a cycle and scar tissue built up and filled the "dent".."dent" is gone..

Also keep in mind, you should have 8+ sq inches to move around in, in each of those sites.

site inyections are cool for lagging parts. ie.my right biceps is smaller than left, so from time to time I inyect in there. no permanent gains but looking good til I stop inyections. Also hit delts, post-workout to increase size and get really great pumps.
So, other than a local swelling, aesthetic look and wide rotation sites wich avoid too much scar tissue, site inyection won't add any permanent gains.
