Both. Lower the dose. Then quit being a bitch and tuff it out. If that's you in the picture, leg work and some cardio would get you looking ripped. You're close. You just need to push yourself over that uncomfortable line. Then enjoy the results.
That is me in the pic and I'm in pretty good shape I just don't bost or brag, there's always someone bigger. I have a ok diet that I can actually live with. I train 3-6 times a week when cruising and while blasting I'm in the gym almost everyday if not twice a day. But never do legs or cardio. This program I am about to start will force me to take the next step which is cardio and legs. So I think your right. I will lower the dose but also man up and enjoy the results. It will probably only hurt hurt for the first month then im sure it will be like training any other muscle.... With anyluck I will have a even better profile pic in 4 months.
