Hello everyone-
I am new to the forum. I trolled a few others but this site by far had the better posts and member answers hand down!
I apologize in advance for the newb responses to the questions needed.

Here is my info:
1) Age 35
2) Weight and Percent BodyFat 160 lbs 20.5% body fat
3) Years of Consistant Training experience 2 years
4) Previous Cycle experience deca/sust 250 anadrol (10 years ago in marines)
5) Training routine and Diet one body part a day with cardio 3 meals a day
6) Cycle Goals To increase my body weight by 15 to 20 pounds while reducing the body fat

I have completed a cycle over 10 years ago while in the military. I am anxious to do another one. My first one had zero side effects that I noticed. I did 200 to 600 mgs of deca mixed with 2 weeks of anadrol, mixed with 4 weeks of sustanon 250. I do not remember the exact numbers but i copied it out of the blue steroid handbook that was popular in the 90's. I gained around 25 pounds.

I know the basics of working in the gym and I was a personal trainer at a chain gym for a year.

My question is this. I have access to deca and anadrol. I know that for what Im trying to do dianabol is what i should be stacking with. What should I expect from anadrol and a deca stack and what dosage should i take? Im looking for quality gains without a lot of side effects. I want to gain 15 to 20 pounds of muscle while still being able to do cardio on a regular basis. (i love to run cross country) Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
 
you need to bring down you body fat first, 15% min. you can do that by eating correctly
 
Do not run deca and anadrol alone. You have to use these in conjunction with some form of testosterone.

Even if you packed on some quick pounds, I would think that you would loose it by running x-country. Your body wants to be efficient and being a jerked freak does not make for an efficient runner. But looking back at your post, how the hell are you 20% bf when you love x-country running. I've never seen a fat x-country runner?

Its winter time. I have not been doing any running in over three months.

Should I wait until I find some dbol and scrap the anadrol altogether?

So in three months you've gone from around 10% to 20% bf? I would learn how to cut and bulk, loose some fat naturally, build a solid muscle base, and then THINK about gear.

I agree with victorZ , I think its always better to use test as a base of every cycle IMO.

Most chicks aren't into limp dicks, so that's one reason not to run the 2 without test. Secondly they both aromatize into progesterone which can cause some pretty nasty sides unless u have the right ancillaries to use with. Not to mention ur test levels will be so low it could cause depression, lethergy, and other shit u don't want. But on a good note I'm sure ull get swole as shit.

Thanks for the advice. The anadrol that I had was either weak or fake.I have another thread on here discussing that train wreck.lol I am now doing Sust 250 and Deca. Next week I am starting dbol.

On a side note, From what I am reading on the forums, Deca will help cut fat while building Muscle at the same time correct?
