i fiddled around with my diet and re added some the food i took off , sittin up around 2700 at the moment so ill stick with that for the time being see how it comes along
Way to go bro. Perfect way to finish up. Keep us posted after about 3-4 weeks of working the new diet, training, and reduced cardio. It will take about that long for you to really adjust and feel any changes.
yeah thanks man , i done arms yesterday and i dont know whether it was in my head but with the extra weight an lower reps they feel bigger ha could be just in my mind
